This role owns the outbound lead generation engine end to end: building and running cold email campaigns, sourcing and qualifying prospects, and operating the marketing automation system that nurtures leads from first contact to sales-ready. The role combines hands-on outbound execution with the RevOps work needed to track, score, and prepare leads for handoff.
Outbound Execution
Build and run multi-step cold email sequences on a dedicated platform (Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, or equivalent)
List building and prospect data cleaning via Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator based on the defined ICP
Manage deliverability: domain warm-up, domain health monitoring, inbox separation, bounce and spam rate control
Write and A/B test email copy by target market (US, UK, AU, SG, EU)
RevOps and lifecycle
Operate CRM workflows (HubSpot or equivalent): classify leads by lifecycle stage, score and filter MQL/SQL
Track engagement signals (open, click, reply) and nurture leads that are not yet ready until they reach the handoff threshold
Hand qualified leads to the Sales team following an agreed process, with full context attached
Report on metrics: positive reply rate, MQL/SQL, CPL, conversion rate, and quality of handed-off leads
Sales & Marketing Collaboration
Work directly with the Sales team to align on ICP definitions, target accounts, and outreach timing
Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager to align outbound themes, CTAs, and campaign timing
Share outbound performance data to inform content and positioning decisions
Report campaign outcomes to the Marketing Manager with clear metrics and recommendations
